6. RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, Seora does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, dislike of fragrance, shade preference, or products that have been opened or used, except where required by applicable law.
A replacement may be provided only if:
• You receive the wrong product;

Replacement requests are subject to verification by Seora.
